SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURNS
• All return requests should be submitted via email. Please include your order number in the message. This information allows us to accurately and efficiently process the return.
• We must receive the returned product before a replacement will be shipped or credit is applied.

Note: Any non-consumable product may be returned to us within 7 days of the invoice date, at the purchaser's expense, if the product was ordered incorrectly or is simply no longer needed. 

 


• Online / Internet Order Returns can be provided Store Credit directly to their account that can be accessed by logging into the account using the email address originally provided. (So please
verify email address provided is correct.)  A store credit will be issued for the price of the product(s) minus $10 restocking fee.

 

• The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

• Item(s) must be received in original condition and in original retail packaging.
• Item(s) should be securely packed.

SHIPPING
All internet orders placed after 1:30 pm Central Standard Time (CST) are typically shipped the following business day.

 

Please note:

• UPS does not deliver on weekends nor holidays nor do they ship to P.O. Boxes
• USPS (US Postal Service) does not deliver on Sundays nor holidays, and is not insured
• If you require an Overnight Shipment please call us once the order is placed and we will provide a quote for the price difference and process a payment if approved.
• Once your order ships, we will send you an automated email with the UPS / USPS tracking information. You can track your order from the shipper’s web sites.
• We only ship within the U.S. not Hawaii or Alaska 

 

WARRANTY
 

• Refurbished desktops and laptops come with a one year parts and labor warranty.

All warranty work is always performed in-house by one of our highly qualified technicians.

•  All new items will have whatever warranty the manufacturer included with the item. Read the item's description to find warranty info for your specific item

• All items repaired by us have a 90 day warranty
• Used Consumable products such as batteries, toner and ink, do not include any warranty.
• Batteries purchased new include a 90-Day Warranty from date of Invoice.
• Confirmed Defective Returns: If a product return is tested and verified as being defective, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

 

What is not warrantied:
• Any issues caused by customer mishandling, abuse and/or issues caused by programs the customer downloaded from a third party (not provided by us)
• Products that do not exhibit the described reason for the return.
• Products with missing, damaged or illegible serial number label and/or manufacturer model or
part number label.
• Products with physical damage (if damaged in shipment, contact customer service immediately upon receipt).
• Defective items returned for warranty claims will be promptly repaired or replaced solely at our discretion. All returned items must be received in original condition.

 

Hours
• The customer satisfaction team is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00am to 11:00pm and 1 pm to 9 pm on Sunday CST, except holidays. Please email us  if you have questions or issues. Email is the preferred contact method.
