Rectify Electronics remains committed and prepared to respond to our customers’ computer-repair needs and to provide the same level of trusted and quality service you have come to expect.  In order to do so,  we have closed our doors temporarily and all of our technicians are working remotely. Our technicians are following all safety tips outlined by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and have been instructed to follow social distancing measures such as staying at least 6 feet away at all times. We also have contact less payment methods available, such as providing your credit card over the phone.

 

If your issue can be fixed remotely, we encourage you to try our  remote service where a technician can securely connect to your computer via the internet.  In order to connect, a one-time use pin will be generated and we’ll only be able to access your PC with your permission when you click on accept. Once you’ve granted permission, we remain connected for only the duration of time it takes to perform the work. You can view the repairs in real-time as our remote technician fixes your issues, or we can call you when we’ve completed the service.  After the work is finished, we disconnect from your computer and cannot view your screen any longer.

All serviced items will be disinfected before being returned. If you choose to pick up or drop off your item in person, we are allowing you to do so but you must remain in your vehicle. Simply text or call us and we will bring the item out to you or retrieve the item you are dropping off. PLEASE DO NOT show up without first receiving a call or message to do so. If you are having an item serviced, we will inform you when your item is ready and await your instructions on how you would like to receive your item. If you bought an item from us and did not specify how you wanted to receive it, we will call you within 24 hours of payment  to obtain your preferred method of receipt.
